ABOUT

Ray founded the Belfrage Group with nearly 20 years of business experience.  He has a proven record of increasing profits, improving value-added processes, and streamlining operations in large corporations and small businesses across many industries.  He is a Mechanical Engineer with an MBA and holds certifications as a Lean Expert and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.

Ray is proud to be an Eagle Scout from Troop 417 in Upper Arlington and now an Executive Board member for the Boy Scouts of America.  He also enjoys being on the music team for his church and play’s a custom bass guitar that he designed and built himself.  He and his wife live in Delaware on 5 acres and strive to instill the love of the outdoors in their two children.
